Hello and welcome! My name is Christopher Payne and I collect memorabilia from the SKELLY Oil Company. There are a few reasons that I have created this site...and I'll be honest...the main reason is in hopes of growing my collection. My hope is that you're here because you've found something "SKELLY" that you're just not sure about. You may be wondering if there's a market for it...if it's worth anything...or if it's rare. I'd be glad to help answer those questions for you. By creating a web-presence for SKELLY collectibles and a way for people to connect with a friendly and knowledgeable collector, I hope to acquire some fantastic new pieces.

MY COLLECTING EXPERIENCE
- I've been collecting strictly Skelly items since 1991 - over 30 years!
- My personal collection has over 2000 items. (and growing!)
- I have acquired pieces from several sources - mainly gas and oil shows, antique stores, auctions/estate sales, and eBay.
- In 2017, and again in 2018, I was able to acquire two smaller collections from retiring collectors.
- My collection was featured at the Iowa Gas Petrolina Show in Des Moines, IA in 2002
- A portion of the collection was displayed at Crown Center (Kansas City, MO) in the "Things People Collect" exhibit in 2006
- All items are numbered, cataloged, displayed, and insured.
